Our Consultants use their profound knowledge of our platform functionality to fulfill our customers’ needs and ensure not only a correct proper platform rollout, but also a successful business-driven design and a remarkable customer experience.

Your challenges and objectives:

• Working with highly qualified professionals of diverse industries and quickly gaining insight on their business needs, making sure our platform helps to fulfill them
• Being an active part of a fast-paced challenging environment, responsible of carrying out multiple projects at once
• Coordinating efforts in multifaceted processes, working with several internal teams and third parties, always making sure all parts add up to a superior result

Your day-to-day activities:

As an Avature Consultant you will lead different projects pertaining to the customization and configuration of Avature. Your responsibilities will include:

• Project Management: outlining tasks, deliverables, and dependencies; managing timelines; identifying and mitigating risks; coordinating efforts and negotiating with multiple parties
• Business Analysis and Solution Design: gathering and analyzing requirements, and translating them into Avature solutions configuration. Providing guidelines and best practices advice
• Configuration: hands-on customizing Avature to meet client’s needs; working with internal teams

About you:

• Excellent communication skills in English
• Experience in managing a variety of projects with different complexities is a plus
• Experience in the recruiting industry is a plus
• Any degree (e.g. Business Management, a software-related career) and previous experience and/or good understanding of CRMs and/or Recruiting Industry are a plus
